CCFF’s mission is to increase the capacity for positive fatherhood engagement across the Commonwealth through education, advocacy, and collaboration.

Vision
CCFF seeks to improve child outcomes and enhance families and communities through increasing positive fatherhood engagement across Kentucky by ensuring services are available to fathers and families to increase responsible fatherhood, economic stability (employment), healthy relationships, and advocacy. ​

Lexington Leadership
Foundation organizes group to pray for Fatherhood
Local/state agencies form Kentucky Fatherhood Initiative
LLF Board approved application for federal funding from DHHS for Fatherhood programming
LLF is awarded a grant from DHHS for the Fayette County Fatherhood Initiative
DHHS extended the FCFI grant for one additional year; through 2015
Commonwealth Center for Fathers & Families is officially incorporated
CCFF recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 and able to operate independently
